Utrecht, the Netherlands. Every few years, the global livestock, meat processing, feed, and agribusiness sectors converge in one place. Last week, VIV Europe once again transformed Utrecht into a focal point for professionals seeking new technologies, business opportunities, and meaningful industry connections.
Widely recognized as one of the most influential trade fairs in the animal protein sector, VIV Europe offers far more than exhibition halls and product displays. Specifically the edition of this year reflected many of the developments currently driving the sector. Automation, efficiency, food security, sustainability, resource management, and modernization of processing infrastructure were recurring themes throughout the event. The strong international attendance demonstrated that despite regional differences, many markets are facing similar challenges and are actively searching for reliable and scalable solutions.
We experienced great discussions ranging from slaughter and processing technologies to cold chain infrastructure, by-product utilization, waste management systems, and integrated agro-industrial investments.
A big thank you to everyone who met us during the event and shared their ideas, projects, and ambitions with us. The conversations held in Utrecht will undoubtedly continue long after the exhibition doors have closed.
