SHEEP AND GOAT SLAUGHTER EQUIPMENT

Cantek has developed and launched different types of slaughter/stunning box solutions that respond to different slaughter capacities. These are;

• Rotating slaughter box for one head

• Rotating slaughter box for four heads

It is our product designed to take the animal into the slaughter position safely and without stressing it. By narrowing the area of the animal entering the cabin, its forward movement is ensured and the head part is allowed to come out. By rotating the cabin, the butcher is enabled to perform the slaughter easily.

Apart from circular cabin solutions, animals are transported to the slaughtering table via the standard application, the V-type receiving conveyor. Here, depending on the slaughtering method (either by stunning or live), the animals are dropped onto the slaughtering table, and the slaughtering process is carried out on the table with the help of butchers.

Cantek offers two types of platform solutions for use in sheep & goat processing areas. These solutions are pneumatic and fixed platforms. Generally, fixed platforms are used, but pneumatic platforms can also be utilized for specific operations based on requirements. The platform type and dimensions can change and the content can be customized according to the operation, project, and customer request.
